Who should attend?
This programme is ideal for:
- Parents and carers from marginalised or culturally diverse communities
- Community leaders, youth workers, and educators
- Professionals seeking to enhance cultural competence in family mental health
Why this matters
Mental health support must reflect the lived realities of diverse families. For many, stigma, mistrust, and cultural barriers create silence where support is needed.
This programme bridges that gap—breaking down stigma, opening conversations, and building community resilience.
